- For yeast proofing. Dissolve sugar in lukewarm water. Add yeast and cover. Let it sit for 5-10 mins to rise.
- Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add a beaten egg. Knead it with the yeast and water mixture. Form a smooth dough and cover clingfilm. Let it sit in a warm place to rise for 1 hr.
- After the dough has risen, punch it, and knead it again to form a smooth dough. Dust the surface with flour and roll out the dough in a large circular shape.
- Grease baking tray with 1 tsp oil or butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 mins.
- Place the rolled out dough in the tray. Prick it with a fork in a few places. Spread the pizza sauce. Add some of the cheese. Then add pepperoni, pineapple, tomato, and olives. Spread the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 mins at 180°C. Check in between. As soon as the dough has turned golden brown, and cheese has melted, turn off the heat.
- Take the tray out and dish out the pizza. Serve with a cocktail sauce. Enjoy!
